Facilitation

'Facilitation. An impossibly difficult job undertaken by people who should know better, but haven't given themselves the time and space to discover it yet. Facilitators are generally to be found (although often not easily identifiable) in workshops.'

For me, facilitation is about helping a group to make rapid, creative and enjoyable progress on a task while also learning how to work more effectively as a group and building stronger personal relationships.  It is about helping to develop both task and process so that the group is better able to make progress in the future.

I have facilitated a wide variety of workshops including business planning, product, strategy, and board/top team development.
