Leadership Programmes from Realise Development

I provide leadership development through coaching on a one-to-one basis, tailored leadership development programmes that can be delivered in-house, and through a three-day 'Transformational Leadership Development Workshop' which I run three times a year on an open course basis.

Everything that I do is tailored to meet the needs of the individuals and groups that I work with, but common elements in my programmes include:

	The difference between managing and leading - making sure that you make the most of these two very different activities
	Self directed leadership learning - helping you to continually develop your leadership in the future
	Understanding the type of leader that you have it in you to become - and the type of leader that 'they' think you ought to be
	Transformational and Transactional Leadership - making the most of these complimentary leadership styles
	Providing the right kind of leadership - recognising and providing the kind of leadership that is needed
	Developing your ability to influence and persuade
